They meticulously work with the end result in mind: building the best rock drill available, and providing excellent customer service. Every member of our crew understands their dynamic role at Jimco and consistently hustles to get it done efficiently. It takes a team of knowledgeable people to create the steel drivin’ machine.
Our earliest team member is Charles Flowers. He has been a reliable teammate since 1971. He started at the original Jimco with Jim Shafer, and has stayed faithful and true through the transition to what is now Jimco Equipment Corporation today. He can do it all and has coined the term “Charlie Tight” around the shop. His work ethic is as unyielding as his bolts. Traveling worldwide to train operators and technicians, as well as, repairing and servicing machines, has been no hassle for this seasoned pro. Charles has greeted every customer with the same firm handshake, and has been our “go to guy” when it comes to demonstrating the start up of a drill and showing customers the operations of a John Henry. He is capable of providing hands on experience for each client, and makes sure they feel confident in their own knowledge of operating our excavator mounted rock drill. He has been and will continue to be, a highly esteemed colleague and an exceptional component of the John Henry Crew.
